Madman Ribalt

He's known as 'Madman Ribalt'

He's a a deity spirit of Mischief and Ruin, and was locked away long ago when he had destroyed an entire city to absorb the souls of the people to fuel his magic and power. He basically had tricks and jokes around like a clown, but it is a tactic to distract an enemy then he attacks. His has many weapons hidden on him, but his most used weapon is a staff with a pied coloured stone and jester hat like his own.
